burger- 6 oz all beef patty, pulled pork, provolone, onions, greens, tomato-relish-mayo. served on a brioche bun with fries and catsup
vegetable- tacos picadillo - meatless!! soy based “ground beef” diced potatoes, peppers. shredded nacho cheese, tomato, herbed sour cream. two per order on flour tortillas
poultry- thai wings. sweet, salty + spicy chili glaze. green onions and peanuts
pork- panko crusted pork loin, teriyaki glazed. parsley + shallot chimmichurri. served on a cheddar ciabatta with house fries and catsup
seafood- salmon board. house cured gravlax, smoked salmon pâté, candied salmon nuggets. lemon, capers, house milk bun, bread crisps
fries / cheese / olives-warm, marinated
